• We ship worldwide via reputed courier companies, some of which include FirstFlight, BlueDart, DHL, FedEx and USPS.
• We ship orders within 10-15 working days. Items are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

• Shipping of lehengas, custom orders and other made-to-measure items will be specified in their product descriptions. 

• Once shipped, orders take 2-7 working days to be delivered within India; and 5-12 working days to be delivered to an international address. 
• We maintain these delivery schedules, barring unforeseen occurrences, circumstances, or situations (such as the customer’s unavailability, production delays, public holidays, unfavourable weather, delivery information errors). The delivery will probably arrive on Monday, if the estimated date of delivery falls on a weekend.

• For international customers:
  Please note that the BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTY OR VAT FEES imposed by your country. Uvdesignerstudio has no control over any additional fees or taxes your country may impose on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an “importer”). We make every attempt to list the item so that you are not charged any additional duties or fees, but in the rare circumstance that this occurs, a product cannot be returned or exchanged for this reason.
