Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Returns must be started by sending an email to contact@uvdesignerstudio.com within one week of the product’s delivery. A product can only be returned if it is delivered damaged.
Refund
We will let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied as soon as the returned product has been received and examined. It will take five to seven business days to issue refunds.
Sale Items(If Applicable)
Refunds are only available for items with regular prices. Items that are on sale are not returnable.
Exchange of Product(If Applicable)
You can only swap things that are damaged or faulty. In the event that the needed size is unavailable, we will either refund the full cost less shipping or swap it for a another design of your choosing. Custom manufactured items are not returnable to us.

If the size ordered is required to be changed for a different size, we will provide alterations at no extra cost but the item cannot be exchanged for a new piece. To initiate an exchange or alteration, email us at contact@uvdesignerstudio.com
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
Defects on Item:
Here are the list of issues not considered defects (read more about them here):
Broken threads are stitched together to create the little knots or bumps in the strands that you frequently observe. This is not regarded as a flaw.
* The uneven threads that join the body and border are not regarded as defects.
* Slubs: leftover threads gathered into little knots.
* Tiny spaces between and between motifs.
* A common occurrence with powerloom sarees is the dye “bleeding” onto the pallu from the body.
* Color mismatch: We recognize that colors are personal. Our goal is to accurately portray the saree’s true colors. Nevertheless, the colors may display differently on different devices due to specific device settings. Therefore, it is advised that you consult our experts if you have any questions about the hue.
The following products are not returnable, exchangeable, or cancelable.
Due to the nature of these products, barring damage or defect upon arrival:
* Items of Jewelry
* Readymade blouses Custom, Made to Order, or personalized orders that have been woven or stitched for specific sizes, including unprocessed orders for blouses Any product that has already been returned or exchanged; exchanges are only permitted once per order.
* Sarees for which the customer’s dimensions were used to stitch the blouse.
* Reduced or purchased items from the sale.
* These consist of goods purchased during a site-wide promotion and/or additional.
